Northwest Arkansas Twub – Twitter Hub
I’ve created a few twubs for twitter tweets dealing with Northwest Arkansas, real estate, and EXIT Realty. It automatically searches everyone’s twitter updates for specified hashtags then consolidates it here on my website. It’s a way to easily communicate via twitter with everyone about each specific topic. But you have to type the #hashtag for it to show up here.
#NWASocial – Northwest Arkansas nightlife, friends, events, social gatherings
#NWArk – Anything Northwest Arkansas related
#NWAtweet – Anything Northwest Arkansas related
#RealTips – Tips on real estate for home owners and home buyers
#EXITrealty – Anything dealing with news about EXIT Realty
#EXITPro – EXIT Pro news, events, new listings, blog posts, and more.
Anyone with a twitter account can use these hashtags and have their tweet show up.
For instance, if you updated your twitter account with “eating out at Ruth’s Chris’ Steakhouse in Rogers” it would not catch it, but if you tweeted “eating out at Ruth’s Chris’ Steakhouse in Rogers #nwasocial” it would catch it and put it in the right place.
Some ways to use this in tweets would be “Heading to Fayetteville to watch a band on Dickson Street #nwasocial” or “Is it raining right now in NWA? #nwatweet” or “Go HOGS! #nwark” – be creative. You don’t HAVE to use these, but when you do, more people can easily find what you tweet about.
