And since fresh-roasted coffee is like fresh-baked bread, there is a reason why we don&#039;t buy individually sliced bread that&#039;s been packaged and sitting on transport trucks and store shelves for weeks. So it&#039;s no wonder when these things try to make espresso, the crema is a baby-sick pale yellow -- not a healthy rich dark-to-medium brown with red flecks.

And then the maximum environmental waste of individually wrapped coffee...Did these guys invent this in 1953? Hello?</description>
