Why Everyone in the World Should Own a Keirig Coffee Maker
April 9th, 2009 categories: Fun Things to Do
Before you ask…no, this is not a real estate post. Every once in a long while I spread my wings and dabble in some of my other interests. This post is about coffee and why everyone (that can afford it and likes coffee) should own a Keurig Coffee Maker.
A formal introduction is in order…
Readers, meet Keurig, Keurig…readers. Now that we’re all buddy buddy let’s talk features. Keurig has created a fantastic, nay, revolutionary brewing system for gourmet coffee. Available in several sizes, each Keurig brewing system makes a single cup of coffee in 60 seconds or less…flat. It even blows air through afterwards to make sure you don’t miss a drop before you pick up your cup. The ensuing super-deluxe coffee experience makes starbucks’ VP’s weep for their mommies.
Easy as 1…2…3.
- Make sure water is in the reservoir (no reservoir on smallest models)
- Flip up the top and ever so gently place your favorite K-cup of coffee in the the slot
- Press BREW! 45-70 seconds later…Juan Valdez will personally deliver a perfectly portioned cup of coffee into your waiting arms.
Did I mention you can set the temperate of your coffee to the exact degree? Not a fan of 192 degree coffee? See how 188 degree coffee treats you instead.
The real beauty.
I used to make a pot of coffee every morning. I would ground up expensive beans…waste some, and then drink ONE cup of coffee. What a waste. Now I drink exactly as much as I want. If I want two cups on Sunday…I have two…or three. By the time you have the creamer out of the fridge your coffee is ready!
A coffee for every occasion.
Keurig has intelligently partnered with a wide variety of high end coffee producers to brink their discriminating clients every possible taste profile and roast type. Flavored, breakfast, bold, medium, whatever you want. They even have an extensive selection of teas and hot chocolates.
I received my Keurig coffee maker from my loving wife for Christmas. It’s probably the most used, present I’ve ever received.
Why the heck did you write about your coffee maker Ben? I know that question will be asked. The only answer I can give is that I want my clients and readers to know me and how my mind works. If I get a little feisty sometimes I may be sitting down with a nice cup of Doughnut Shop from the Coffee People or a Southern Pecan Pie from Gloria Jean’s. Now when you see that in my writing you’ll think…oh, Ben must be having a cup of Joe while writing this.
If you need some real estate advice or just want to talk about coffee. Give me a yell and I’ll be glad to talk about either.
