Come back on Monday for an Inspiring CORE #126 here at EXITrealestate540.com!

Carnival of Real EstateSo I emailed Drew Meyers over at the Carnival or Real Estate this morning to get on the waiting list to host a carnival.  I get an email back about thirty minutes later that says something like, ”Haha – great timing.  Want to host this coming Monday?”  The answer:  Of course.

I want you to have your best chance to win…

I’m a researcher.  Not an actual researcher – but a serious researcher of anything I get myself into.  I research appliances I buy, computers I purchase, software I need, everything.  So one of the things I like to know ahead of time with the CORE is how the host will judge the posts.  I’m competitive in nature and frankly, I want to win every time (before you ask, no, I haven’t won yet).  I know that’s not a possibility but the drive is there none-the-less.  When I don’t know what the criteria are, it simply drives me bonkers.

Wondering if you should submit something humorous?  Something current and edgy?  Something drab and serious?  Something hyper-local?

Drum roll please…

In honor of yesterday’s 56th Presidential Inauguration, the next focus/theme/topic/emphasis for the Carnival of Real Estate is…

CHANGE | Carnival of Real Estate #126

So go here to submit your most change-worthy article.  What constitutes change?

The most well-written, entertaining, appealing, and relevant articles will receive my praise and affection with awards fitting their ‘level’ of change.

Don’t forget to submit your posts before Sunday at 3pm EST (I might read still read them if they are late if I don’t have a bazillion already).  I look forward to reading every-one’s posts so make sure and come back Monday to find out who the Monarchs (read winners) are.  Happy blogging.
