The first month of EXITrealestate540.com has flown by. Thanks to all my readers who have turned out this month to learn about the Northwest Arkansas Real Estate Market and me, Ben Roberts. November was a historic month with bailouts, a new president elected, and lots of local events and developments. Here are the most popular posts of the month in case you missed them as well as my personal favorites.
Lights of the Ozarks Stays a Northwest Arkansas Tradition This was one of those hyperlocal pieces that gets alot of hits. It’s amazing how little material there is on the internet about great local events. I had three people call and ask me what time the parade started on Saturday. One of them wanted to know if I was in charge.
3 Reasons Overpricing Your Home is Worse than Chicken Pox was a warm fuzzy look into how overpricing your home is the worst. It also got an honorable mention over on the Thanksgiving Real Estate Carnival at Stockton Real Estate Specialist. Thanks for the HM.
The Skyline Report – Third Quarter 2008 No suprise here. This is a great report on the quarterly state of the market that few people ever see, much less analyze. Check it out and contact me if you want a copy or want to be notified when the next one comes out.
Polishing your Home Before a Showing . . . the Right Way was just a little bone I had to pick that turned into a nice article about how to stage your home before a showing. Look for more on this in the month of December.
Fun Thanksgiving Holiday Facts to Share with your Relatives wasn’t expected to go big, and it didn’t. I just liked all the information on this one so I threw it in.
Everybody’s Talking about Foreclosures, REO’s, and Short Sales, Oh My! This would have been one of my top articles if I hadn’t posted it before my site was officially launched. It’s got some good information and resources on foreclosure type properties that buyers and investors should take a look at.
That’s about it for my first month. Look for posts this December on NWA Subdivisions, home prices, local events, Christmas related things, and a bunch of other stuff I haven’t even come up with yet. Remember to subscribe to my RSS feed or subscribe by email to stay up to date on the latest Northwest Arkansas housing information. Also, feel free to browse back through my archives or check out individual categories in the right-hand sidebar.
